Just had a long conversation with Michael for about 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was kind enough to take time to explain the different options of sod. I was very clear that he was kind and they care about their customers and they’re among the top quality sod manufacturers around. I’d highly recommend them.

Truly exceptional customer service. I ordered sod near midnight Monday to be picked up Tuesday morning at Big Box Store at Holly St in Centennial. Near 9am, staff at Scienturfic called to confirm the order and tell me my sod would be ready at pick up place by 10am. I came at 10:30, but the Big Box Store said they have not set up the computer to sell sod yet. (They put computer to storage in the winter to save counter space.) The worker there was really nice, he told me to come back tomorrow and gave me the number to call before I come. I called ScienTurfic to confirm. This is when I found ScienTurfic truly care. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. The customer service experienced was absolutely above and beyond. If you're looking for an honest and caring company ... you found them. I'm proud to call them family and friends.
