We had a broken water line in our basement. Roto-Rooter was very prompt in accesingthe problem, which required taking out a section of our cement floor and digging down and replacing the line. They kept us informed of every step and cleaned up everything. This included a 5 year warranty. Their work was excellent and their communication was great. We are very pleased.
Uriel was amazing. Young guy with a knack for solving problems. Very respectful and courteous. Came in, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved. Well done, saved us from a night of hell smelling waste water. So thankful!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Josh at Roto-Rooter. We had leaking from a toilet into the basement and Josh came in first thing Monday morning and SAVED THE DAY. He was professional, knowledgable and in and out quickly - I was so impressed and grateful. Would highly recommend!
