I chose these movers to relocate several large bins and some furniture from Denver to the east coast. Overall the move went fine and the price was very, very fair compared to some larger moving companies' quotes.The initial quote was done through text/email (no in-person visit unless requested) which I found odd at first. But it ended up pretty spot-on, as it barely increased when my items were picked up. Their rep Sara was communicative and helpful, and the pick up driver (Cesar?) was also super helpful and right on time. They packed my things carefully with lots of moving blankets and padding. When I had to move my son's furniture from Denver to Chicago I reached out to paragon movers. Jennifer was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They were able to pickup within a day or two and had my sons furnishings in Chicago assembled in his apartment within four or five days total! The price was below all the others & I couldn't be happier with the service. Despite some of the earlier bad reviews, I'm glad I gave Jennifer and paragon movers a chance! You should too!!!

Right from the start, Sam answered the phone and without pushing gave me a quote for the Items I described to him. I called two other movers and they were both double the cost and I told them. I called Sam back and set the move in motion. When I finally was ready six weeks later there was a increase due to the rise in gas prices. It was fair and he was up front with me immediately. The team came to my home and helped me so much because of my disability. They could have tacked on another couple hundred right then and they ate it and worked feverishly to get my job done in the time allotted.
