I chose these movers to relocate several large bins and some furniture from Denver to the east coast. Overall the move went fine and the price was very, very fair compared to some larger moving companies' quotes.The initial quote was done through text/email (no in-person visit unless requested) which I found odd at first. But it ended up pretty spot-on, as it barely increased when my items were picked up. Their rep Sara was communicative and helpful, and the pick up driver (Cesar?) was also super helpful and right on time. They packed my things carefully with lots of moving blankets and padding. I just moved to Maryland with this company. They have great customer service and were very easy to work with. They moved my whole house in a very timely manner and without a scratch on anyting. I could not be happier with my experience! Thank you for your care and attention to detail!
When I had to move my son's furniture from Denver to Chicago I reached out to paragon movers. Jennifer was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They were able to pickup within a day or two and had my sons furnishings in Chicago assembled in his apartment within four or five days total! The price was below all the others & I couldn't be happier with the service. Despite some of the earlier bad reviews, I'm glad I gave Jennifer and paragon movers a chance! You should too!!!
