I recently bought a home and the previous owner had a gorgeous kitchen designed and built by Next Step Kitchen Concepts. The beautiful kitchen was really the selling point with the house. During the move, one of the kitchen cabinets was scratched. I went to the showroom at Next Step Kitchen Concepts and Angie and Michelle were so friendly and helpful. Michelle got me the right touchup paint kit. She went above and beyond to help me with finding replacement backsplash tile, new garbage and recycle cans for the custom pull out cabinets and additional pullout shelving storage. Our first contact with Next Step was in August, 2021. We were impressed with their showroom and the products they offered. The staff was professional, listened to our ideas and made helpful suggestions. We hired Next Step to design, build and install our kitchen cabinets and counter tops and vanities in our bathrooms. They did an excellent job. Their workers were professional and respectful of us and our property. The cabinets and counter tops were installed in December 2021.We had a water leak in November 2023.
