Good luck getting ahold of them if you have any issues. I've left several messages and they refuse to fix outstanding issues. They literally do not know how to use a level. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

They were recommended by the kitchen and bath cabinet company I used but I don't know why. After choosing my sink, I made sure the Template Person wrote down the correct model number and had him take a picture of it. Well, they cut the granite for the wrong sink. WTH? Their fix was to cut that piece in half so they could correct their error. Our island now has a seam next to the sink. We didn't realize they were going to do it that way until they returned with it in 2 pieces. Additionally, the installers arrived at our house unprepared. They showed up without the steel supports needed for the island overhang and without the granite piece for the bar area. Then, they installed the raised portion of the island with an 8" circular area that was uneven, rough, and didn't shine. And they left! Did they think we wouldn't notice that?! The seam by the sink isn't really noticeable and they did come back with a new raised portion of the island. But honestly, this one has a dull area in it too and I've since found 3 pitted spots in other areas of the granite.
