Matt L gets 5 stars for quickly responding and putting up 2 traps to capture a family of squirrels that had accessed our attic. After several days all had been captured and he kept the traps up until a week had passed. He daily communicated with us. And the last step was taking the attic vent that previously was just filled with wire —- he screwed in a wire cover so the squirrels couldn’t just pull out a wire mesh. Great job Matt!

We have recently had Austin out to our home a few times for wasp control. He's very friendly, professional, thorough, efficient, full of knowledge about proper pest control, and very pleasant to work with.

The folks in the office are also knowledgeable and honest about methods to deal with pests. While pest control isn't pleasant by any means, we do research ourselves, and we find their methods follow the laws, just like other licensed pest control companies.

We had a bird mitigation project with difficult access. Ronnie offered several solutions, scheduled us ahead of nesting season and the installation was completed with minimal disruption.
