Wells and West has done construction work for us at multiple electrical substations in the city, with work ranging from equipment support piers to concrete drive aprons to retaining walls. Substations are potentially dangerous locations to work in, and Wells and West's employees have followed proper safety protocols and make sure to have safety plans and JHA's put together before construction starts. Wells and West was an excellent selection to help guide our church, Cragmor Christian Reformed, through a significant renovation process to include adding an elevator. They focused on the three key areas of scope, schedule, and cost and remained true to all three while ensuring quality work. The scope of the project was routinely examined to meet all major objectives. The schedule flexed only when influenced by outside forces (COVID) that we could not control.
