Amazing gym! Both Jenny and Norik have an amazing eye for weightlifting technique. Had two private sessions with Jenny while I was out in Colorado Springs coaching at youth nationals. I have been involved in weightlifting for 20 years from athlete, to coach, and gym owner - and I still learned and took a ton of small changes away. I especially loved how engaged and passionate Jenny was during the sessions - it can clearly be seen that she loves coaching!

Jenny and Norik rock! I loved working out at their gym. I am new to weightlifting and powerlifting in general, but they made me feel right at home and encouraged me as I hit a new small PR. They are wonderful coaches and gave me great tips to continue to use. Can't wait to be back!
