This was my first time getting my hair done at Ulta with Samantha. She was FANTASTIC!! I showed her the same picture (of myself) that I’ve showed at several other salons I tried in COS and she matched what I wanted perfectly! She was so sweet, explained everything she was going to do and even let me look through the toner book so I could get the exact tone of blonde I wanted. I couldn’t recommend her more and I will be continuing to book with her from now on.
The store has a HUGE selection over quite the range of beauty products. They didn't have the brand of foundation I was looking for, but a wonderful associate named Carmen went above and beyond helping me find something else. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I find beauty stores so overwhelming personally, and I have a difficult time figuring out what I even need half the time. Carmen had the knowledge to guide me through all of those products and find me something I love that practically disappears onto my skin, it matches me so well. Went in for my birthday gift! It was a fast and easy experience. I didn’t have any shopping or restocking to do but I’m glad I was able to get my gift without feeling uncomfortable about not buying anything at the time.
