I went just once thinking maybe I should give up - you know - I am 59 after all, And after my FIRST lesson with Carrie I left with such a renewed JOY and this was just one lesson! She gave me SOLID technique and l gained wonderful insights into the mechanism of our voice. So much to practice - looking forward to performing again!!
Phew, relief! For instruments that were originally meant to be road-worthy and solid, many of these gems have aged into persnickety pianos that require skillful care. Because of his knowledge and experience, I felt at ease with David adjusting the piano as soon as I hung up the phone with him.
My son has been at this school for a year and a half. The staff here are great and Ms. Sharon has been an excellent piano teacher. The recitals have helped my son build his self confidence and he looks forward to his weekly lessons.
