First time waxing and I felt very comfortable with the experience. The shop was nice and clean, each private room was very nice as well, and the lady who did my wax was super professional and didn't make me feel self conscious at all. I don't know that I personally want to wax again, but if I were to do it again, I'd definitely come here.

So disappointed! I was really looking forward to trying this place out. The reviews are so great. Unfortunately I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, and incurred the 50% charge. The only reschedule option I was given to avoid the charge was for the same day, an hour from my original time. I understand and respect the need for the fee. It's clearly stated on the website. My disappointment comes from not being given an option for rescheduling for a different day, or even being offered another appointment. Had the best wax experience EVER! I moved to sugaring bc wax was so painful but THIS I am sold! I had been hesitant to go back to wax but the sugar services in the Springs are limited. I am so glad I trusted the reviews and took a chance on this locally owned business The salon is super cute and welcomes you with a gigantic bowl of strawberry Starburst IYKYK. Overall an awesome experience and I will be back!
