Dawn at customer service extremely rude! I tried doing a return and she said rudely to me did you purchase these items today before we even got started her second question was uhhh this item doesn't have a tag we will have to do it separately. Then third remark was insert your debit card then said that's not the right card you used can I see the card showed her my debit card oh it is the right Card.Then she was extremely rude oh you have to wait 24 hours since this was purchased today so you your bank has to clear it. Why be in customer service if you do not know how to talk to ppl!! Rude acted like she hated her job as well as being a jerk to the other cashier.... read full review
