Dawn at customer service extremely rude! I tried doing a return and she said rudely to me did you purchase these items today before we even got started her second question was uhhh this item doesn't have a tag we will have to do it separately. Then third remark was insert your debit card then said that's not the right card you used can I see the card showed her my debit card oh it is the right Card.Then she was extremely rude oh you have to wait 24 hours since this was purchased today so you your bank has to clear it. Why be in customer service if you do not know how to talk to ppl!! Rude acted like she hated her job as well as being a jerk to the other cashier. The other cashier was trying to be sweet and asked dawn I can take that order it was an online order she was a complete bitch wasn't sure if my Trump t-shirt pissed her off or her attitude just sucked! Have a great day in a sarcastic voice my response you to!

I was incredibly lucky to have my first eye exam as an adult at this location! Dr. Lecarrell was personable and patient. She completely set me (and my white coat syndrome) at ease and helped me understand my prescription! After my exam her friendly staff really let me have some fun! I swear I tried on every pair of glasses in the office! Katie and Zack really helped me narrow down the best pair for my face shape and current prescription! I couldn't have done it without them! I was so excited for my new life wearing glasses (and seeing better) that I purchased two pairs! One for work and one for home! The Doctor and staff at this location really make you excited for the prospect of seeing better and accessorizing, which made this a stand out experience!
