Friendly staff. Groomers do a great job. We tried several other groomers and the shops were total chaos, multiple dogs in kennels barking, phones ringing, dryers so loud you couldn't hold a conversation. Tailored Tails is calm and quiet. No stressed out animals. There is a tv screen in the lobby so you can see what is going on in the back room.. they seem to stagger groom times so multiple animals aren't left in kennels barking for any length of time. Our dog always looks great and and has never spent more than two hours top for an appointment. Other groomers were so booked our dog sometimes spent 4 to 5 hours at the groomers and was totally stressed by the time...read full review

I will never go anywhere else. They truly and authentically care for the well being of the animals they take care of. They are very open and communicative. They do a wonderful job and I never worry about my cats or dogs. If you love your pet, this is the place to go!

The owner is genuine, transparent, and truly cares about the furry friends walking in the door. She took our requests, even though it was a bit of an unusual cut for a Schnauzer. (We go a bit shorter in the summer.) Our pup came back looking great and was so happy.We will be back for sure!
