I use to come to this dry cleaners a few years ago, service was so bad lost shirts a closed washed instead of dry cleaned.?. Well it’s been awhile I thought I’d try them again, and I’m so so ha that I did! Valerie is great ! Her customer and professional skills are above and beyond! You are lucky to have her and I’m so glad she’s here!! In love with this dry cleaners again! And will pass the word!! Ty Ty Ty!! Hire more like Balerie! Plz!!
I am a frequent customer at the Voyager location. Valerie is always so kind and helpful. Recently, I dropped off after the cut off for next day service and Valerie offered to drop off my clothes that day herself so I could have them the next day for a business trip. This was much appreciated!!!
I came in from out of town and needed a miracle turnaround on dry cleaning my blazer. Valerie assured me that she'd hand walk it through the cleaning and it was ready the next day. Great service and value.
