I have been a patient of Dr. Pratheep Arora for over 20 years, and I can wholeheartedly say he is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors I've ever had. Dr. Arora goes above and beyond what is expected, showing genuine empathy and concern for all his patients. His professional demeanor coupled with his deep commitment to patient care sets him apart.

I have been a patient with Summit medical for around 2 years now. Like everyone says, it is nearly impossible to get your medication refilled. I spend hours each month, calling the provider, calling the pharmacist, to get a refill on a medication I started two months ago. If you are on a life saving medication I highly suggest you go anywhere else because you as a patient, and your needs, will be irresponsibly unmet.You will also be waiting for awhile in the lobby and then again when you are brought back, so do not make any other plans for the day if you have an appointment.My provider is pleasant, when I get to see her. I can only speak for the appointment I had today with Dr. Arora, who is so far absolutely amazing. I had a kidney transplant about 4.5 years ago and he has been the first doctor to ever mention something that could be completely detrimental to my kidney health. I had previously been with another nephrology clinic in town where I had several issues with the MA, but so far this office seems much better. I'm hopeful they will be my answer to keeping this transplanted kidney as healthy as possible!
