Great group of guys. Former military and very honest. I went thru 3 other places for a replacement furnace and all failed to answer my questions honestly.I really like the way Summit approached the situation of my furnace and I believed them right from the start. The price for the same furnace from all the rest was under cut by a few thousand by Summit and they were nice, no pressure, guys. They came out last week and fixed my AC too. Everyone else tried to sell me a new one. But they inspected it replaced a few parts and now it runs like a top!! Exceptional service from this family-owned business - the consultation was quick, honest, and resulted in a quote of less than half what other consults had given me. Service for humidifier install was booked for a reasonable time out (approximately 1 week) and was completed in the exact amount of time they estimated. They even found and fixed some shoddy work done during my last HVAC service from a different company and repaired/cleaned up free of charge. Installer was very thorough with explanation of servicing and using humidifier, and took all my questions and concerns seriously. Excellent service and friendly, caring people.
