Original Review: Emergency dental required A huge thank you to Dr. Young & Drea for their expertise, patience (especially with an overly active gag reflex 😅), and genuine care. This was our first visit due to an emergency, and Springs Dental Care made a terrifying day feel calm, almost like a routine checkup. I was also surprised to learn how much dentistry technology has advanced: lasers, smaller X-ray cameras, and so much more. Thank you again!
The staff were extremely friendly and helped me through issues that I was having with my insurance. Clinically all of the staff took their time to make sure I felt comfortable with everything that was happening each step of the way.
I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Sites is the BEST dentist we've ever had - living all over the Country and being senior senior citizens we have a lot to compare with. We left our previous dental practice after 20 yrs to follow Dr Sites when he transferred to a sister location. He's that good. I've had 2 partials made as well as a bite guard and they're perfect - in how they fit, the quality and the way they feel. My hard to please husband had a partial made and he's happy with his as well. Dr Sites truly knows and cares for his patients. I recently had a really serious oral affliction that was excruciating - for 3 months. I was shuffled through various entities and went through different treatments but nothing helped. No one knew what it was. Because it involved the tissues and not the teeth the dentist wasn't thought of. In retrospect that's where I should have started. I finally had Dr Sites look at it. He prescribed something different. In less than a week it was all gone! Carmen always cleans my teeth better than ever before. Becky is a whiz at all she does. Elaine is great too!
