I would give a 5 star review because the manager there really took care of us. My spouse went in for a haircut and Elaine was his first stylist, she rushed his haircut in under 10 minutes and the haircut was horrible. There was many uneven spots the fade was so bad and so high in different spots. This is a style my spouse has had for over a decade.I’m concerned that she was arguing with the manager about her schedule and not too concerned about the cut. My spouse was not offered a shampoo or even asked about the haircut. The manager was very concerned and got us back to try and fix the problem. She went above and beyond to correct the problem. I took my father to denna at sports clips on Venetucci. She did a wonderful job and he is so happy with his hair cut. She is also so friendly and professional. I will be taking my whole family there in the future.

Love love love this location! Everyone is so friendly. We had Denna as my son's stylist and she was so knowledgeable on product needed for my sons curly hair. Haircut was fantastic and my son was satisfied which is always great.Service: Kids' cuts
