I just had tear trough fillers (under eye filler). The staff was great and comforting during the whole procedure. I’m so excited with my results. My photo shows without filler on the left and with on the right. I 100% love the outcome. I will say, I had issues with my payment and follow up appointment. When I paid it was applied to another patients account and I wasn’t charged the right amount. I caught this by looking at my paper receipt. They called me back and told me they have to fix it. Then the next day I got another call and was told they under charged me and needed to collect $100 more. So I had to pay that. Then I got an email that night that they cancelled my follow up appointment. I didn’t cancel it so I’m not sure what happened. I called again and left a voicemail. I highly recommend them for their procedures but did struggle with the front office staff making errors.

I have been with Dr. Piantanida for about 10 years now and she is wonderful! She is very personable and does great work, Thermage, Botox, Laser peels, any of your skincare needs! I just love this place and would not go anywhere else!
