Biff is awesome. She knows how to listen to the customers needs and can truly cut hair. It's difficult to find someone to do a nice fade, but Biff sure hooked that up! Her humor is top notch too, and she is really down to earth. Convenient and easy scheduling as well. 10/10 would allow to cut again!
