This guy said his name is Will and he installed 2 windows and he could not get the windows he ordered to fit iorrectly so they are sticking out 2 or 3 inches and it looks unprofessional. The previous window fit perfectly. He lied and upcharged me an extra 150 than what was quoted to me originally. He lied and stated that he was coming back to pick up the old windows he left in my garage and he never came back after calling him repeatedly. This company is a fraud and a RIP off and if they was registered with the Better Business Bureau, I would file a complaint.
I hired William Binns to replace the trim around my exterior windows. He came out to look at what needed to be done and we scheduled a day/time for him to return to perform the work. He told me that I had to pay for the materials ahead of time. I sent him the money but then he never returned to do any work and he will not answer any of my phone calls or text messages.Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB but William failed to respond to any of their multiple attempts to contact him.
I used him twice. The first to repair a broken fridge, which was great. The second, he was going to repair a part for my dryer. He showed up with the wrong part. He pretended to order the correct part while at my house, charged me for it and never came back. So, he charged me for the incorrect part that I shouldn’t have paid for then never came back and wouldn’t respond. I still have a broken dryer.Service: Home maintenance & repairs
