I had a very expensive, heavy leather coat that needed a new front zipper replaced. They did a fantastic professional job replacing the zipper. I would recommend Rustic Hills shoe repair to everyone.
I came in with a shoe emergency! One of my favorite boots started squeaking randomly and I had to leave very quickly for a trip and I really wanted these boots to make it with me! They were able to get me in quickly. I was told the boots would be ready Wednesday, but they were ready today (Tuesday)! No squeaking and the boot looks as good as new! I am so happy and if I have future shoe issues I will definitely come back!
Quality and timely service. I dropped off my nice pair of cowboy boots on a Thursday right before close. The work was to be done by the following Tuesday which it was when I came in at the end of the day.
