This is a great company and I would highly recommend them. I got my estimate for my roof and gutters the same day, any questions I had were answered right away. Laura at customer service was excellent. Very nice and helpful with everything i asked. The whole process was explained in detail and Kevin was wonderful to work with. He's very knowledgeable. They both have excellent communication skills. And we got a great price. Thank you so much, we are extremely happy.
The team was very professional and did a great job. We requested an upgrade to an impact-resistant shingle and they made that happen. The job was done within a day. Afterwards, they meticulously scoured for nails and removed all trash. We are very happy with their customer service and the appearance of our new roof. Would highly recommend!
I have had multiple good experiences with this company! We had them come do my garage roof, and then had them come back after a hailstorm damaged the roof on my house. They are easy to work with and do a great job! When I had a complaint, they addressed it quickly and effectively, so I would work with them again (although hopefully I'm done with roofs for a while!)
