went to the lakewood location for uhaul, no one in the store, lights off, locked, etc, at 10 in the morning on one of their business days. wasted over an hour trying to switch my truck pickup over to remote, then the lock had to be forced open with the force of the jaws of life. shoddy equipment, shitty customer service. YIKES
