The initial cleanup and tear out was done professionally and efficiently. Chris and Tony S have been excellent workers and have been courteous and friendly to work with. They have responded well to every request and open to suggestions as to how to proceed. They have worked well to involve the insurance people and the plumber in the process and made a messy cleanup as easy as it could be.
I discovered a water leak that had been quietly doing damage in my wall and flooring for some time: it was a drip from a poorly installed vent pipe through the attic from my on-demand boiler/hot water unit. (Unsure how that made it past a Regional Building inspection, but I blame One Source, who I strongly recommend against doing business with.)
Once I realized I had a problem and needed remediation, I called Rare Restoration via a personal referral. They dispatched Earl the next day and he gave my space a thorough look through (including attic and crawlspace) to diagnose the situation. The guys managed to get my floors dried out, a couple of days ahead of time. Which helped tremendously since I needed to get to an out-of-state wedding that week!!! They were easy to work with, pleasant!!!
Doug & Tracy went above & beyond for my home to get put back together, just before Thanksgiving!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!
The Rebuild Team was amazing to work with, & they were meticulous in finishing the details. They made sure floors, trim, & walls looked great, put my big appliances back in, & they made sure everything was working properly! Jesus & Nelson are awesome!!!
