I decided to start going to this gym after 4 months of trying to get stronger and healthier on my own, I was awkward going to the gym and didn't even know where to start or what exactly I wanted to do I just I knew I had to start somewhere and stick to it. I started here in May and I've gotten stronger and healthier with Bennito by my side. I'm super appreciative of the motivation he gives me to push through my work outs when I have none for myself. I look forward to my works outs each week and I can definitely see my progress. Give yourself grace and get down to rapid fitness!

The best place to be if your goal is to get in the best physical shape in your life at this moment. My training sessions are something that I look forward to doing every week and the results so far are fantastic! I highly recommend going here if you are in the Colorado Springs area.

I have trained with Benny since April of 2019. Honestly, one of the best decisions I have ever made. I find Benny to be sincere and passionate about his work to promote the physical/mental, health/development, and well-being of others, through the art of bodybuilding.
