Our house flooded two days ago. The frost proof hose faucet somehow retained water, which froze and burst the water pipe inside the wall. There was standing water in the kitchen, master bedroom, and bedroom closet in about five minutes. It was under the walls, cabinets, and under the new flooring. We called Property Solutions at about 6:30 am. They were at the house by 7:00, assessing how far the water had traveled, stopping it before it could travel farther, extracting the standing water and (sadly) taking out the damaged flooring and cabinets. After noticing several things wrong with our newly purchased home, Property Solutions was extremely quick to respond and inspect our home. Throughout our difficult process working with our insurance company (nearly 5 months before getting our multiple claims approved), the team advocated for us and worked hard to pursue communication with our insurance company. They were awesome! I had a leak and they came within hours and fit me in their busy schedule. They dried the place out and fixed it up way sooner than i was anticipating, all while working around my schedule. Feels great to know I picked the right company to come into my home!
