Working with Pregio Homes was very easy. Communication was always open and project reviews, including the architect, were frequent and thorough. Plan changes were easily accomplished and concerns were quickly addressed. Warranty issues were fixed, even after moving into the house.

I have had the pleasure of working with Marty Brinegar on multiple residences. He is a very detail oriented project manager, always looking out for the clients best interest when planning and designing a building. He is quick to point out details that may cause constructability issues or long term problems for the client.

Great time working with this group, project was done on time, on budget and with a few extras that we had not thought of before starting the project. I look forward to working with them again.
