John, the owner, came out for the routine fall check-up. Friendly, professional, quick. Pointed out a few things that they will keep an eye on due to the age of the piping (house built 1955), but so far, so good!!! I've used Polar Bear for several projects and maintenance over the past few years and have always been pleased.
Trevor came out and did a fantastic job on our dryer vent. He was resourceful, fair and respectful. He was even considerate of the noise level while working so that he wouldn’t wake our sleeping one year old. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you!!!
