Everyone is really nice. Surgery on the other hand is akin to a delayed execution. They quickly get you in and ready, then roll you into solitary confinement for an indefinite time. You know it's coming, you just don't know when. When they call and do a follow up call, they are basically checking to see if you are alive; they aren't interested in your opinions.
I’ve never had to have surgery in my life until a growth near my eye needed to be removed. I’m so thankful my first experience with surgery was at Pinnacle Eye Center. From the scheduling, to the billing, to the reminder phone calls, and all the way to everything on the day of surgery I couldn’t be happier. My check in time was at noon and I was taken back promptly. The nurses, MAs, anesthesiologists, and everyone in between were helpful and kind. Dr. Pelton is top notch and explained everything he was going to be doing for the surgery and made me feel at ease. His surgery nurse was incredibly sweet and comforting. My son has had two surgeries at the center. The team was amazing! Our scheduling and processing was smooth, we had all information needed in advance and knew what to expect before we arrived. Dr. Pelton put my son at ease, results were wonderful!
