I recently left the vet medical field after working as a vet tech for a little over 15 years and wanted to find a vet that I felt gave the same quality care I gave my patients. I came to pikes peak because of the great things I had heard about their team and Dr's.I now bring my my 2 cats and older dog here for all their care. They were amazing with our cats, especially our formal feral. At our old vet, they had to sedate her to do anything. At Pikes Peak, they took a slower, calmer approach and were able to give her her vaccines and examine her without sedation. (Though we did give her gabapentin that morning, at their direction. Much safer than sedation, and is what we gave them before our ten hour drive to move here!)

Everyone here was great! Got us an appointment quickly. Other places I called had a few months wait and some wouldn't even take on new pets. The vet was great with keeping my cat calm the whole time. Highly recommended!!
