Honestly I'm a pretty anxious person, but Savanna is so friendly that I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. I normally keep to myself during beauty services, but now I almost always talk the entire appointment, and when I'm not in a talking mood she doesn't push conversation (which is so rare) and always has good entertainment on.

She took the time to untangle them all and continues to be very thorough every time I visit.
