Brought our new to us Ram diesel in to have the DEF gauge checked. Never had a diesel before we were unsure of how much DEF it would use. Bob was the best at explaining everything, not making us feel stupid, and giving us tips on the truck. We will definitely be bringing our truck back here for all the maintenance and repairs!

My truck has a gremlin living in it that eats Body Control Modules. I have gone through three of them. This last time I started having trouble, I wasn't going to take it in and that was just going to live with it, but the folks at Patterson insisted I bring it back so they could try to find this Gremlin and trap it. They were able to help me with a workaround so I don't have to worry about this problem anymore. I really appreciate it there tenacity and desire to get my truck up and running again.
I use it to pull my camper so I can see my grands.

Very friendly and professional. I went in thinking I needed some new injectors, but they advised against it while helping me ID some other items that were in need. They didn't try to shove services I didn't need down my throat which was very refreshing. I'll definitely be using them in the future as my truck reaches senior citizen status.
