I purchased my new HVAC system in 2022. I was having some cooling issues. I called and schedule an appointment. Roy was outstanding!!! Explained everything and walk me through what his was doing. Thank you for the Excellent Service!
Cody and Henry spent over 3 hours dialing in our new Lennox a/c unit.
Finally got it just right so it cools perfectly! We are very happy with our complete Lennox system. Parkey and now the new owners have been great throughout our 16 years.
Definitely appreciate all the efforts made by Cody and Henry.
Our water heater was leaking so we called Parkeys. I was a bit concerned when I learned it is now R. Buck as we had used Parekys for a while. Jeremy came out and was friendly, knowledgeable and promptly took care of the issue.
In addition to quickly getting us back up and running, I appreciated the ease of booking (I booked online), the call when he was 10 minutes out, and that he was within the stated time frame of arrival. Thanks, Jeremy and R Buck!
