However, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of warranty issues. One patient reported a crown breaking prematurely and received an unexpected charge for an x-ray that didn't provide helpful information. The patient was also offered a payment plan for a replacement despite the warranty being in effect. While the office charged a reduced fee for the x-ray, the patient felt that the overall experience was negative due to the perceived lack of willingness to honor the warranty.

I have been going to Palmer Park Dentistry for many years. I’ve never had a complaint about this place. Wendy is the absolute best. She is so kind and patient with anything I’ve ever asked of her. The front desk staff is always helpful, efficient and kind as well.

I’ve always liked my dentist, but this five stars are actually for the assistant. I don’t know her name actually I’m gonna call and find out OK I found out her name is Ashley and these five stars go to her. She apologized a couple times for taking her time and she told me that she thinks Her boss thinks that she’s slow and music to my ears are when the person working in your mouth says I’m OCD and she takes her time and does it right my bite is perfect. I don’t have rough edges and I’m very happy the day after so yes, not only five stars but five gold stars for you, Ashley. Thank you for your attention and making me feel like I was the only one there
