So I just want to say. I have written a few bad reviews about this place in the past. But in all fairness, I need to say this facility has changed in a good way. And I can honestly say it's been an excellent experience.Dr. Alger: ExcellentNurse Cheyenne: ExcellentHighly recommend.

I went to the emergency room, they were kind, they did blood tests and images, they scheduled my medical hours after the emergency, they followed up. I am truly sorry that a place with people who care about patients is affected by financial cuts. by the way, all the care was covered by my insurance and I only pay $50 for everything.

I've been to Optum Primary Care and Specialty Care twice recently for CT scans. The first one was a simple CT scan at the end of November. I was able to book an appointment quickly, hardly any wait when I arrived, and everyone was nice. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes and received the results by the end of the day.The second time I went, I needed a CT scan with contrast to check something noticed on the first scan. Again, they had a quick turn around for getting me in for an appointment and I didn't have to wait long in the lobby. The nurse was AMAZING. Doing a CT scan with contrast is a little bit more involved and much more uncomfortable (it's a very short discomfort)...read full review
