Dr Lam and his staff are excellent and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Lam is extremely knowledgeable, caring, communicative and listens as well as sharing his expertise. Everyone at the front desk is also very efficient and pleasant.
I never got a call from my NP Holubowicz Care Team at OPTUM as I was told I would, only from Walgreens for my recent visit, never got answers to my questions I sent several questions via MyChart Messenger, Very Disappointed. The appointment itself seemed thorough and was helpful, as was NP Holubowicz.

The entire medical team were professional form Miguel,MA who completed my medical check to the young lady who's verified all the insurance.
I then saw Dr. Alger who was interested in my medical needs.
Dr. Alger went over what concerns I was facing and we addressed those issues. Dr. Alger completed my appointment and I could not be more satisfied. This practice is what we all look for. Doctors who listen with a great support staff.
