Optum Primary Care offers a variety of services and aims to improve the healthcare system. Dr. Tewes is a wonderful pediatrician who truly has a calling and passion for treating children. She listens and gives the best advice and medical opinion. The front desk staff is excellent and the lab staff is excellent. Doctors have been fantastic. Peter Ienatch is the best provider who really cares and makes patients feel like their concerns are being addressed. The office has also been commended for its responsive staff who promptly handle patient questions and insurance issues. Despite these positive reviews, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with their experiences.

Timeliness is always an issue here for the primary care, even with a first-thing appointment at 0700. Additionally they have outsourced the laboratory services on-site to labcorp... where I had to watch 6 elderly patients attempt to scan ID and insurance cards on a tablet with no check-in assistance. Numerous patients were returned to primary care for a lack of orders transmission/receipt by the LabCorp staff. The young lady getting insurance information from patients at the labcorp was quite short and snippy with a patient right in front of me. Considering walk-in hours for labs start at 0730 it wasn't surprising to see a provider walk on at 0815 with a line of patients...read full review

Dr. Tewes is a wonderful pediatrician, she truly has a calling and passion for treating children, she has been my two older children pediatrician for 18 years. and now our new bundle of joy, I couldn't see us going to see anyone else. She listens and gives the best advice and medical opinion! I would recommend her to anyone she's awesome!

I have been coming to this location for over 12 years since it was CSHP and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and doctors I've interacted with. Front desk staff: Excellent. Lab Staff: Excellent. Dr. U, Dr. Yang, and Dr. R Johnson (whom I have seen the most of) have been fantastic. Always called back within minutes of checking in to take vitals. Longest wait time would be in the labs but even then we're talking 10 minutes max. I'm baffled at the negative comments. Certainly not my experience. Keep up the good work guys!!
