Great customer service. I have used One Main Financial several times over the years. Helped in many money pinches in my life. The interest rate is VERY high. Go in person and apply extra payments on the principle only, this will help you with lots of extra interest. Took me awhile to figure this out. I was unable to pay principle only on line. Hope this helps someone. I would use One Main Financial in the future.
Ok so my deal was complex and narrow. However, Tracy seemed to care about me individually and was fast and accurate. I was in a desperate time of need and One Main Financial extended hand to me. Thanks guys
I went into the actual office to inquire about the funds I wanted because my initial contact via phone was ineffective. Tracy is much more personable in person! I am grateful all my (numerous) questions were answered honestly.
