We recently sold our home and the buyers were concerned about an older wooden balcony on the front of the house. The buyers inspector noted wood rot and raised safety concerns. We called O’Leary based on a friends recommendation and not knowing what we might be facing. Tim OLeary came over within a day or two and, after thoroughly examining the deck declared it safe and sound. He spent some time explaining to me why the deck was sound despite a few minor spots of wood rot and he explained the steps I could take to arrest and repair the wood rot. He then volunteered to write us a brief report of his observations and recommendations. Beautiful. We were happy and, most importantly, so were our buyers.
