Quite pricey but, they took amazing care of our cat. With the access to the cameras we were able to check in on him and see how he’s doing at anytime which brought a lot of peace of mind while he was hospitalized. Staff were amazing and so kind to our Ozzy. Very thankful for the amazing staff!
Dr. Sutton, Sam, and the entire staff at North Springs Vet were incredibly kind and professional. Our senior cat's health plummeted over the span of a weekend and we rushed him over in the late evening. I had fully expected a more practical, impersonal response given his age and CKD/IBD, but they treated him with compassionate respect and walked us through every option before sending us home with supplies for palliative care. I was quite distraught and vulnerable, and I will never forget how gentle and kind they were, both to my sweet Jack and to my husband and me. Thank you for all that you do!
I hope no one ever needs to get emergency care for their pet, but the reality is... it happens. It just happened to us on Monday.
It is a lot, you see your baby suffer and it is expensive, they will not lie to you and let's be honest, things are hard financially for a lot of people. Including me. So it adds, money, fear, loss, pain... with all of that:
I will not change bringing her here. We were treated with compassion and care but also with reality. I am very grateful about how serious they took it, I thought I was losing my baby. We got the estimate, we had so much time to figure out, they give you several options...
