We made an appointment with Next Gen for an in-home consult for purchase and installation of an entry and storm door. Victor arrived a few moments before the appointment time, was respectful of our home and extremely professional. He adapted his presentation based on our comments and when a question arose regarding a design option that he was uncertain about he promptly reached out to someone he identified with more extensive experience with the product to ensure we got the correct information during our meeting with him so we could finalize our choices.
