We cannot say enough great things about New Creation Decks!! Mike and Jesse were so fantastic! We had a previous contractor attempt to build a steel and composite deck, he left the project, and nothing passed inspection. We were really left in a bad situation. Mike came over and figured out a way for us to finish the project! Mike and Jesse worked with the Pikes Peak Building Department to fix the errors of the previous contractor and get us back on track!! We could not be happier with the job New Creation Decks did at our home! We had a couple consultations with other builders, but choosing New Creation was a no brainer. Throughout the entire experience they were professional, polite, efficient, and accommodating. Not only were they easy to communicate and work with, but they are extremely talented at what they do. They pay attention to every detail and will not walk away from a project until it is perfect. I really don’t think we would have had the same positive experience with another company. My name is Jim my wife’s name is Lisa. I am a retired building inspector and I’ve seen a lot of decks in my day. I’ve worked with new creations since they started. From the day I saw my first steel deck by new creations I knew I would have them rebuild my deck eventually. The whole crew was phenomenal. Mike who helped us with the design and contracts,Jesse,John,James and the rest of the crew didn’t excellent job on building us a brand new deck and deck cover.
