The team was SUPER helpful! As someone who has never worn glasses, I was very unsure of kind of the entire process. From the eye exam to the glasses staff. They walked me through what to expect and were very kind. They were patient and worked with me to find what would fit me well. They were able to get my glasses done the same day and made I was happy with them.
The vision appointment was thorough and the Dr. was friendly and kind. 5 Stars!
What I didn't appreciate is that I received a phone call and voicemail to confirm the appt. In that voicemail I was told that I was REQUIRED to PHONE back to confirm the appt. I did phone back but this will be the last time I do that.
In the future I am happy to confirm via text, like every other physician, dentist, lab company etc. does. But do not ask your clientele to stop what they're doing and call you to confirm an appt they made.
Again, I understand the need for confirmations, but make it easy on me. Text is easy and efficient.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Jackie. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my first pair of glasses. She made my first experience buying glasses a very positive experience, and I will definitely return in the future.
