Moment Wellness: Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine

I have been to Dr. Stephanie about 20 times now and I can tell you she is amazing! I was hesitant at first to experience acupuncture because I really don't like needles but nothing else seems to help me (I've tried reiki, massage, PT, guasha/scraping, chronic pain management, meds, etc.) so I wanted to give something new a try. I have all kinds of chronic physical and emotional issues. Acupuncture has helped me with chronic pain, ability to manage pain and stress better and improved sleep (especially the first few days after treatment). Stephanie is very caring, attentive and listens to all my issues to figure out how to best help me. She's flexible and able to treat me based on how and what I am feeling that day. She is very accommodating and never rushed. It is a comfortable, safe environment. My wife likes to come to my sessions with me as she enjoys Stephanie's healing energy. She has had 3 sessions of acupuncture with Stephanie herself and really benefited from it and will be back also. Yes the needles for acupuncture do feel like a prick going in in certain places but it only lasts for a second, it is worth the benefits!! My wife feels them less than I do so not everyone may even feel the needles going in. They are very tiny needles and she uses ones coated in silicone. I have also had glass fire cupping done here for back pain which did help my very stubborn painful/stiff back muscles! Give Stephanie a try you will not regret it!

Stephanie was fantastic! This was my first time experiencing acupuncture and I walked away knowing I will be back. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and talked me through everything she did so there were no surprises. I now have a much better understanding of acupuncture and an appreciation of how the process works.
