Have been here for various services but the massage I just had with VAN H was simply amazing. Pressure was perfect throughout and she worked on areas I wanted and didn’t know I needed done.
Love the lavender fields massage. I’ve gotten that specific massage twice now. Both massage therapists have been excellent. The only negative has been the hallway noise both times. It must be some of the staff as there’d be no reason for anyone else to be back there as the room I was in both times is the last room on the right. The only door near there says “staff” on it. Loud hallway conversations and laughing, (obviously people who know each other) and doors opening/closing. It really messes with the relaxing vibe during the massage when you hear all this outside noise. Mateo’s is a wonderful spa so I hope this gets addressed.
Van is Amazing! As a massage therapist myself, and someone who has gotten many massages, Van gives me the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life…. Every single time I’ve booked with her! Her techniques and knowledge about kinesiology is top-tier. She truly goes above and beyond every single time and nails every session.
