We’re so glad we chose Trailside at Cottonwood Creek by David Weekley Homes. The mountain views are stunning, and the small, gated community feels quiet, safe, and welcoming. With no yard maintenance (they also do snow removal) we get to enjoy the neighborhood more—and we especially love the community fire pit in the cul-de-sac. It’s a great spot to connect with neighbors.

This is actually the fifth David Weekley home within our family, and once again, the quality, design, and customer service really stood out. It's just terrible how some people leave bad reviews because they can't afford a property. It's a safe, clean, gated and newly developed area. This is a wonderful beautiful and cost effective build. You, not having money enough, is just not a reason valid enough for a low star rate.

Anyways. Beautiful. Cost effective and very peaceful. I want in. ❤️❤️❤️

After many years away, I’ve decide to move back home to the Springs. Pegan has been incredibly helpful and honest while I’ve decided on what is best for me in this new community. This is no easy feat long distance and she has made the process incredibly easy. I can’t thank her enough for helping me realize my dream of going home!!
