This was our first visit. Very clean, welcoming and well arranged setup from the lobby to the pediatric office. The staff was friendly and professional. The attendant at checking was welcoming and efficient. Emily was patient and thorough. The pediatric area was comfortable. Dr. Nguyen was awesome! Friendly, thorough, explanatory, patient, knowledgeable.
I enjoy my visits when I come here every single time. I am not a person that is sick often nor do I like to come to the doctor's office. The physicians to the nurses bedside manner is always amazing.
Overall, this was a good visit to Kaiser Permanente Parkside. The nurse practitioner evaluated what was going on and scheduled various lab work, x-rays, and an ultrasound to further figure out what is going on with my injured leg.
