Patients report that the nurse practitioner evaluated their condition and scheduled necessary lab work, x-rays, and an ultrasound. The staff identified themselves and explained their tasks, and the doctor was awesome with a wonderful personality. One doctor truly cares, coming to appointments with a list of things to cover and taking notes while addressing health changes and questions. Another staff member, Mel, was very helpful and accommodating with prescription information. Overall, patients feel heard and leave with plans for their future health.

Dr. Stephanie Murphy was phenomenal. She listened to my needs and provided me with sound care. I didn't feel rushed or ignored. I felt respected and heard. Excellent bedside manner. Also, the young lady who took my vitals (I think her name was Jocelyn) was very kind. This was my first visit at this location. I will definitely return here for my care even though this location is about 30 minutes from my home. Worth the drive.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mary Maytan and her team! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. Her nurse was absolutely phenomenal—kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire visit.

Dr. Maytan took the time to sit down with me, listen to my concerns, and truly hear what I had to say. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She was thorough, understanding, and proactive in addressing issues that I have struggled with for years. She immediately took action by ordering the appropriate referrals and prescribing medications to help manage health conditions that have impacted me for much of my life.
