I want to thank Kyle for his understanding and compassion. I have never had bed bugs and was a blubbering mess when he came to treat the apartment I moved into 4 months ago. When I got home from work Sunday evening after treatment, it was the first time in weeks that I felt relaxed, and my anxiety level was lower that it's been in weeks. Thank you Kyle, you're the best, and I'll definitely recommend you to others.
