Father and Son came out on a WEEKEND to kill a camel spider inside of my light in my laundry room. I had him spray the house as well. They sprayed August of 2022 i think, and I just found my first bug in June of 2023!!!!!!! They are really friendly and down to earth!!! I couldn't believe the price. We thought the reviews were too good to be true, but sure enough we had an awesome experience with JBB! Back in April I had some bites on my arms that we thought looked exactly like bed bug bites. We called JBB and the owner’s son came out within hours, and did a FREE inspection! He was very thorough (checked all the rooms we wanted) and very knowledgeable (answered all of our many questions). He did not see any signs of bed bugs and explained what signs he was looking for. Sure enough, after a visit to a dermatologist, found out that the bumps were not bed bug bites.We are very impressed that they gave a free inspection, and thankful that JBB didn’t push a home treatment...read full review

We felt with these nasty bugs for way too long! & we tried everything to get rid of them: bombs, sprays, DT earth, steaming furniture, countless loads of laundry, & $$$ whole house heat treatment.
